We aim to provide high-quality Molly Fish and related products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund and returns policy.
Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them.
- You have 14 days from the date of receipt to return your items.
- Perishable goods such as live fish are non-returnable unless they arrive in poor condition.
Refunds
- To initiate a refund, please contact us at contact@kryvexmortgage.com with your order details.
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days upon receipt and inspection of the returned item.
- Refunds are only issued to the original method of payment.
Damaged or Dead Fish
- If the Molly Fish arrives dead or damaged, please email us within 24 hours of receiving the package with photos, and we will arrange for a replacement or a refund.
